This session will be hosted by Noeleen Higgins who works as the Social Work Professional Advisor for Adult Safeguarding with the Strategic Planning and Performance Group in the Department of Health, Northern Ireland. She will share her insights on prevention, adult safeguarding and protection, bringing a unique perspective spanning practice, policy and legislation to the session.
