The 2015 Accolades the search is on again - Y Gwobrau 2015 mae’r chwilio wedi dechrau eto

The 2015 Accolades

The search is on again

The search is on again for groups of high-calibre teams delivering high-quality social work, social care or early years services in Wales.

Our communities do not stand still, and neither do you. By introducing new collaborative ways of working and investing in continuous staff and leadership development you are delivering excellent outcomes for our communities.

The Accolades is about identifying, celebrating and promoting the best of these new initiatives.

For 2015 the Accolades will be focused on the agenda set out in the Welsh Government’s policy paper, Sustainable Social Services for Wales: A Framework for Action and the new Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act.

We are looking for initiatives that demonstrate how organisations have invested in creating a new level of professionalism. We are looking for evidence of investment in continuous development and training of staff, leadership development and collaboration that has broken down barriers.

To celebrate the Accolades’ 10th anniversary we are also including a 10th anniversary achievement award. This will be awarded to a project that has previously won an Accolade, and is continuing to flourish.

You could be in local government, the voluntary or independent sectors.  You could be a training provider, a social worker, a social care worker in domiciliary or residential care, working with young children in a day nursery, or carrying out any other invaluable role in these sectors.

The Accolades are an opportunity for you to shine a light on your achievements.

Please visit our website to find out more about the seven categories and how to submit an entry.

Y Gwobrau 2015

Mae’r chwilio wedi dechrau eto

Mae'r chwilio wedi dechrau eto ar gyfer grwpiau o dimau uchel-radd sy’n darparu gwaith cymdeithasol, gofal cymdeithasol neu'r blynyddoedd cynnar a gwasanaethau gofal plant o ansawdd arbennig yng Nghymru.

Nid yw’n cymunedau’n sefyll yn llonydd, ac nid ydych chi chwaith.  Drwy gyflwyno dulliau newydd o gydweithio a drwy buddsoddi’n barhaol mewn datblygu staff ac arweinwyr, rydych yn darparu canlyniadau gwych i’n cymunedau.

Mae'r Gwobrau am gydnabod, hyrwyddo a rhannu enghreifftiau lle mae hyn wedi gweithio'n dda iawn.

Ar gyfer 2015, bydd y Gwobrau yn canolbwyntio ar yr agenda a nodir ym mhapur polisi Llywodraeth Cymru, Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol Cynaliadwy i Gymru: Fframwaith Gweithredu a’r Ddeddf Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol a Llesiant (Cymru).

Rydym yn chwilio am fentrau sy'n dangos sut mae sefydliadau wedi buddsoddi mewn creu proffesiynoldeb newydd. Rydym yn chwilio am dystiolaeth o fuddsoddi mewn datblygu a hyfforddi staff parhaus, datblygu arweinyddiaeth a chydweithredu er mwyn gorchfygu rhwystrau.

I ddathlu deng mlwyddiant y Gwobrau, rydym hefyd yn cynnwys gwobr gorchest deng mlwyddiant.  Bydd hwn yn cael ei wobrwyo i brosiect sydd eisoes wedi ennill Gwobr, a sy’n parhau i ffynnu.

P'un a ydych yn y sectorau gwirfoddol, annibynnol neu lywodraeth leol, neu yn ddarparwr hyfforddiant.  Neu, p'un a ydych yn weithwyr cymdeithasol, gweithwyr gofal cymdeithasol o feysydd gofal cartref neu ofal preswyl, gweithio gyda phlant ifainc mewn meithrinfa ddydd, neu’n darparu unrhyw rôl oll-bwysig yn y sector.

Mae'r Gwobrau yn gyfle i chi i daflu goleuni ar eich llwyddiant.

Ewch i’n gwefan i ddarganfod rhagor o wybodaeth am y saith categori a sut i roi cais i mewn.
