Join BASW England & SWU for this joint webinar with DHSC introducing the ASC Fair Pay Agreement for Social Workers.

What will we be talking to you about?

We are coming to talk to you about the Department’s work to introduce the first Fair Pay Agreement for adult social care staff and how it will affect you as a social worker. The Fair Pay Agreement will set minimum pay and other terms and conditions for workers in adult social care, and will be negotiated between employer and worker representatives.

What do we want to hear from you?

Your questions about the Fair Pay Agreement and what it means to you. This work is still developing so we may not have all the answers, but we want to hear your views. This is part of our broad engagement process to hear from the sector, and will inform a public consultation we will launch later this year.

We also welcome any ideas about what more we can do to engage the adult social care sector in this work and help raise more awareness about the Fair Pay Agreement before the consultation and how we make sure as many people as possible engage with the consultation.
