BASW is pleased to invite exhibitors to The UK Social Work Conference 2025

This vibrant two-day event is BASW's biggest event, with anticipated attendance over two days of over 600 social workers from across the UK.  

This landmark event is led by the voice of social work for social workers and brings together profession leaders, students, academics and social workers to enjoy a range of keynote speakers, workshops.

  • Date:    Tuesday 10th and 11th June 2025
  • Venue: University of Manchester, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9PL

Exhibitors will set up close to the catering area and will have: 

  • Trestle table with room for x2 pop up banners or similar
  • Two chairs
  • Two lunch passes
  • Listing in the online conference programme
  • Your logo, name and link to your website on the BASW website which has over 300,000-page views per month.
  • Event and webpage advertised in a BASW e-Bulletin sent to over 21,000 members each month

Terms and conditions 

Sponsorship is available on a first come, first served basis and from the date of receipt of your Booking Form.  

Payment in full is required within 30 days of your booking confirmation and before the event date. Please note, once signed and submitted this contract must be paid in full.  Thank you.
